Finally the team is together and on a Map

Finally the whole team is together.

With the arrival of Kurt on Monday evening we are able to present you with a photo of the whole team.

After a shopping expedition in Aalborg the real training began on the Barracks with a sprint training session on Monday evening.
Tuesday morning was then a trip to Bulbjorg for some sand dune expierience. The drive, advertised at 58km turned out to be 75 and took about an hour fifteen. It seems distance measurement in Denmark is flexable. The whole team did well interpreting the map and puting thier skills to the test with some hard fast exercises in the complex terrain.

There will be no following on this camp. We are a team of individuals.

First Days In Aalborg

The beautifuly sculptured gardens and rare architectual splender of the team accomodation.

The Australian boys add quality and class to their environment

The girls enjoying the delights of their Military Barracks accomodation

After a four hour drive yesterday the team arrived in Aaborg and spent some frustrating time searching for our accomodation. Nothing was made easy by the fact that everything is closed (including the tourist centre) on Sunday. No maps to be found. Eventually our navigational skills were outshone by a local walking a dog.
No maps available to the teams until 4 pm Monday so the team is spending the day shopping and sightseeing in Aalborg

Hi its Oscar. I head off to Denmark on Saturday. Brea and I are travelling together. Then we go to Sweden for a few days training before going back to meet up with the rest of the team. I'm feeling strong and healthy and pretty happy with how I have been training.
